Hole Mole

The passion for the tortilla is REAL! At @Guisados they are happily not messing around when it comes to the handmade corn tortillas and their masterfully crafted guisos stewed meats. I am powerless against their quesadilla with chorizo. And so was @showmetheravi when we met to film his episode of #Tacoincidence. Have had so. Many. Tacos. With this crazy taco obsessed crew as we’ve torn through SoCal and beyond on the search. I’m sure Julie Child meant “People who love *tacos* are the best people.” 🤣 #truth Grateful they endure my endless taco photo shoots and questions about the tortillas, meats and salsas. And my occasional taco confusion like @holemole only having one mile menu item and serving fish tacos. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Good fish tacos. Great to be reunited and to see that @carolynburk is training her baby in all the taco ways! #givethanks
