So good, I’ve been twice in the past month. They are waging the war on taco normalcy. This, damas y caballeros, is taco cuisine by the man, the myth, the taco legend himself @djwes. These blue corn potato taquitooooos. Dead. Completely slayed us (“I’m in shock” @sedan106). And the Pocho (
) is next level — officially the only time orange cheese is allowed on a taco — all tex-mex tacos bow down to this one…ground wild boar, pine nuts, chipotle cream, aged cheddar. All day erryday. 
Speaking of cheese…can all queso fundido be veggie fundido and come perfectly sizzling, rich, greasy, delicious?!? (It’s discontinued now (no! 
) and all angels are crying/pleading for it’s return).

Finally—thanks to @crazylalo (of course we randomly ran into him here). We finally made it to the #acclaimed #gourmettacos at @guerrillatacos to see what all the #raves were about! The roasted #cauliflower taco with almond #chile, #dates and #almonds was #culinarybrilliance…so delicious! The #squashblossom quesadilla with #beets and #pinenuts was fantastic! Def worth the effort to work their schedule into yours. Only in #CulverCity on Wednesday lunch—otherwise they’re in #downtownLA. #innovative #fusion #tacos #tacolife #LAfoodie #artsdistrict #dtla #foodtruck #tacotruck #gourmetfoodtruck
