Tlayuda Thursday! (Is that a thing?) Check out the size of this bad boy! This tlayuda is a ginormous next-level tostada — a pizza-sized thin and crispy corn tortilla, smeared with black beans and topped with cheese, lettuce, avocado and super tasty chorizo (our fave) and seasoned pork cecina. Do not leave without getting at least one of the terrific black mole chicken tacos! Parking is wacky for this random strip mall eatery and we had a few small service hiccups … all made forgivable with the delicious Oaxacan fare and genuinely warm and kind server.
