Mole mudslide! Delicious (and long overdue) remedy for my mole fix. These #Oaxacan black #mole #chicken tacos took me back to the #ranchito in #Mexico (complete with #Maná playing in the background)! Obviously #homemade with 20+ ingredients, the rich, super #smoky, #chocolatey, quemadito sauce drenched the shredded chicken and oozed out of this messy taco. #worthit! #Juquila’s mole was just what the doctor ordered and clearly took centerstage over the carne asada and al pastor tacos (which were decent). The #moletacos are #offmenu—but just ask…and make sure to request for handmade tortillas. I didn’t know about that until after the fact—bummer! #dehabersabido! Would have made them even better.
