Had some great and inspiring Clubhouse chats and connections this past week with the taco community in Texas. Impressed with and inspired by the commitment to give back and support those in need in their communities with hot tacos in the time of #snovid. Thinking of you and hoping for a strong recovery and getting back to normalcy quickly! The morning before I left Dallas, I met up with my cousin for breakfast at @TacoDeli and, of course, got the migas taco — the infamous Texas breakfast taco. It was good and enjoyed the tortilla variety (flour, whole wheat and corn) and salsas. I should have asked them to melt the cheese on these bad boys.
