We could all use a little taco therapy right now. WHAT ARE YOU GETTING YOUR TACO FIX IN QUARANTINE?! . I’m dreaming about when I can get to CDMX again to sink my teeth into this beautiful taco trio call Taco Terápia from @sr_escalante at his @casadelostacos in Coyoacán. Alejandro told me they named it this to pay tribute to the hero policeman that saved a man from suicide by coercing him off a bridge. “Let us treat you to tacos!” they yelled. And they did. Would you hit this?!?! @sr_escalante’s @casadelostacos pulled out all the stops and brought out the bug guns for @cocacolamx’s first ever national taco festival. #tbt to over a week ago when these cocopache (beetle) tacos were the surprise win for me. #pumbalife Not slimy, no guts or squish…just crispy, oily, salty, spicy crunch. Just happened to be beetles. @buendientegdl and I would do it again. You?! #tacoyolo
