Taquería Los Parados

Timing is everything. So last month when we got off the plane with @convoi_‘s mighty entrepreneurs ready to uncover the secrets of Mexico City, @BloombergPursuits had just posted a formidable listing of the best taco joints in #tacomecca. Eager to try out the unknowns, I figured I’d enlist the help from avid taco hunters and spiritual giants (could be be a better combination of character traits?!? Dumb question) @tracyellenkimball and @jeffdkimball missionaries for the @churchofjesuschrist. Taquería Los Parados was our first stop and talk about starting on a high note! Admittedly, none of us three amigos would have opted in for the poblano chile con queso as a first choice. But with faith in the recommendation, we did it, and wow. Like another famous Kimball once said, DO IT! Mounds of molten manchego and charred diced poblano peppers will blow your mind. Best things in life are simple. Case in point.
