Yep! This happened…taco truck in Mexico City complete with neon lights (and baguettes, nuggets and chicken wings…huh?!). I opted for #VladMayab’s signature Yucatecan cochinita pibil. These shredded pork tacos with their hint of tangy orange flavor and spicy zinger of an #habanero salsa were terrific.
