Me to the Border Patrol agent on re-entry back into Los Estados Unidos: I went to Mexicali for tacos. BP to me: I understand. Welcome home.

@lasbrasas_asadero was so. Dang. Good. Was on a road trip across the 8 freeway from Phoenix to Los Angeles. Had to make a run for the border. Miraculously made it in and out of Mexicali in less than an hour for these flame grilled asada tacos and all the amazingly fresh salsas. ¡Pa’ llevar!
