You know when you have #taconeeds and you find the classic pull-off-the-side-of-the-road taquería in rural Mexico? Yep. That happened in Acambay a few hours north of Mexico City when we’re doing some #tacoresearch. The beautiful line up here: al pastor with queso, carne asada, suadero and pollo adobado. Perfectly salty and crispy and with local cheese. So so good. Tacomaster Gonzalez worked his magic! Chased down with some Boing and Coca-Cola. De chuparse los dedos. Note the toothpick holder (#anticipateneeds) and the salt shaker with rice. Classic.
