Divine creation from the streets of CDMX to the heart of Utah County. And everyone is rejoicing… but don’t you even think about getting carne asada or birria. @holytacoutah plays to their strengths and masters the pastor and only the pastor! And everyone rejoices.

Had to share this taco innovation I’ve never ever seen before…the machine to shave off the pastor. What do you think? Are you ok with that? Matus, their taquero is the sole man and this machine saves his arm. Imagining carving 110-150lbs of pastor daily. Ufff. #respect
