Torchy’s Tacos Denver

So the day finally came when @TorchysTacos became a part of my life. And I’m wishing it would have happened sooner! Funkified versions of street tacos that are full of high quality ingredients, flavor-packed and innovative creations — and the only way orange cheese should ever be allowed inside a tortilla. Exhibit A: Trailer Park Hillbilly style off the #secretmenu threw in some hand-battered deep-fried chicken, chorizo, bacon, green chiles … and no one was mad about it. So good! Exhibit B: Crossroads with smoked beef brisket, jalapeños, grilled onions, jack cheese…and then Cree gifted me their hottest Diablo sauce (liberally applied here — plus I’m partial to anything “diablo” @sandiablochurros ). Talk about great experience! They were so kind and in love with what they did and how they were making #tacodreams come true! Oh…and Exhibit C: we wanted to take a shower in their queso.
