Admittedly, we were a bit skeptical about tacos at @lakeeffectslc, but the tin can (that’s right, they dump their cheesy, meaty goodness out of the hot tub can over the chips before your eyes) nachos were 
so we proceeded with our taco order with a bit more confidence. The veg option, with diced butternut squash and black beans, was solid and the barbacoa was good. Our fave was the salty and smoky chipotle BBQ beef, fingerling potatoes, crispy leek, scallions and crema fresca. Unconventional. Filling for sure. Good.
