Whoever said you can have too much of a good thing has obviously never had tacos. Much less, these tacos. Been hearing about this place forever. This was 4th meal. Went back on the same day to get two more of those magically crispy and flavorful carnitas tacos with the suggested avocado add on. Surprising visit to taco heaven. The taquería formerly-known as Itmita’s, shows up on national best taco lists (now I know why) and has got it going on in St. George, Utah of all places. Driving through Utah’s Dixie or wanting a food road trip? Must stop at Angelica’s. And high fives also for the fiery chile verde (
) and well-seasoned machaca.
