#TacoTrilogy continues! This time 2 porks and a beef. Chased down with a pineapple cucumber 
#aguafresca that @petercoats declared to be “really awesome!” Tender #cochinitapibil and good amounts of #carneasada and al pastor all left us longing for a bit more robust flavor and some homemade tortillas. They did have a terrific variety of flavorful salsas from chile de árbol, smoky roasted #habanero 
and salsa verde. The super friendly chef let us sample his housemade #molepoblano too! Mmmm. And the typos on the menu in both English and Spanish were super endearing along with the front and back cover motto “In God We Trust!” Yep!
