This dynamic duo: 24 hr sous vide #shortribs with #avocado cream and…wait for it…#pear slices (1st time we’ve had that on a taco). Expertly orchestrated and creative flavor pairings. Tender and juicy meat is an understatement. Curried #cauliflower killed it with “around” sauce (basically liquid magic)! Good things to come from #tacos with @ohsweetbasil…stay tuned.
