What can I say, I’m a glass half-full kinda guy. Keep suggesting @blue.lemon with all the taco hope in the world. I really, truly want their street tacos to be awesome so that there could be a shining light in the taco darkness of south Salt Lake County. Salmon and steak both needed a big flavor kick (and maybe that elusive “made with love” ingredient). And no limes?! Just 
—and not because they were going for Mexicali-style. Maybe next time?
