Fun #downtown #SLC locale, crazy cool #Aztec-esque #mural and respectable #carneasada taco. I’d definitely choose that over the disappointing #alpastor(too chunky, fatty and not as flavorful). Wrapped in their signature #bluecorntortilla, the tender asada (on the right) had a tasty marinade and crumbles of #cotija cheese. Lime it and give it some heat with their smokin’ #chipotle salsa and this satisfies the #taconeed—especially if you’re looking for a bigger-than-#streettaco-taco. #tacolife #utahtacos #tacos#blue #poblano
