Chaia Tacos

A #carnivore through and through and huge proponent of #meat in my tacos, I was admittedly a bit skeptical but intrigued and open to the all #veggietaco menu at @chaiadc. This #Georgetown #tacojoint makes veggies look (and more importantly taste) goooood in their freshly pressed corn tortillas. Seasonal and #locallysourced…they do the whole organic, vegetarian thing full force. The creamy potato and kale was the hands down fave with our #tacoteam in all its pesto-y, creamy glory. And the skillet corn with basil and the watermelon mint aguafresca? Excelente! Nothing like a boat ride down the Potomac with a #tacoreward at the end.
