Molcajete long overdue. It’s a food fiesta in a scalding hot lava stone and everyone’s invited. You name it, it’s probably cooking in some house-made salsa in this bowl: #shrimp, #nopales, #carneasada, #chicken, #jalapeños. This is a do-it-yourself taco situation. Had high hopes for and excited to try for the first time a new Mexican joint in downtown SLC…highlights: our server Sandra was amazing! No joke…over the top friendly, and an army of servers kept our free chips and salsa bowls constantly full. However, as much as I love to champion exceptional customer experiences, it is equally painful to tell of rudeness multiple times over the phone and non-response after reaching out to tell management of how amazing Sandra was. #isntitironic. Let’s chalk it up to someone having a bad day and hope that it’s an anomaly.
