#TBT to a highlight for the year when our amazing @wejourney squad hit up @mercadoindependencia after serving together with the kids at CDMX’s Escuela Xochiquetzal. This rooftop eatery has some terrific food. These beauties from Del Cardumen…their signature taco with jicama, garlic shrimp 
and chipotle with avocado. That little bit of char, creamy spice and citrus from the lime really hit the spot. When can we go back, amigos?!
