Detiñá, Mexico with CHOICE Humanitarian *Homemade*

Remembering the #tacolove from two weeks ago on our humanitarian service expedition with @singularhumanitarian and @choiceorg. These golden fried chicken, beef and potato taquitos topped with lettuce and an angry-mean red salsa with this view of the hills! De chuparse los dedos! The humble and hardworking señoras in the rural pueblo de Detiñá near Querétaro made 100s of these con mucho amor. After hours of manual labor working together with villagers on sustainable projects like efficient clay ovens, stoves, latrines and chicken coops, these amazingly delicious homemade #tacos gave us all the #tacoenergy we needed!
