! That serrano frito salsa was wicked…and so so good. Don’t even fall into “this looks like guac” trap…it’s puréed, fried serranos. And they mean business. 
Really wish the carne asada was hot and more flavorful, and the corn tortillas were meh. But that salsa bar…whoa!
