A Skittles kind of taco experience! #tastetherainbow. You ever had deep pink (is that a thing?) or orange-colored tortillas?!

El Portal del Angel served up this killer rainbow of food flavor. Those tenderloin medallions with their housemade #chimichurri and fresh herbs were no joke…very, very good. All for a #DIY taco situation with the beet and carrot-flavored tortillas. Who does that?! Truth be told, you couldn’t really taste much of a diff with the carrot ones but they sure were some good lookin’ tortillas. Grilled veggies, fresh guac and green drink. All with a commanding view of Guatemala City. Get there Central America.
