Fred Harvey’s Taco Truck

You know what they say…no trip to the @GrandCanyonNPS is complete without tacos. Ok, so actually it’s a dang good thing the breathtaking views and quality time with the fam compensated for the absolutely abismal quality of Fred Harvey’s taco truck tacos. First spotted the truck on the way to get our bikes for our fam reunion rim ride. Had to because the search is always on. Even with my lowered expectations as I watched people leave with their orange-cheese-topped, everything-from-a-can tacos, I was severely saddened. Saved the taco for a mid-ride snack and couldn’t even finish it. It was that devastatingly careless and flavorless. Can’t even believe I’m admitting to not finishing a taco. It was that bad, amigos.
