Couldn’t wait. 
What was left by the time I got to back to my camera. @jurassic_street_tacos larger than life size in this absolute flavor bomb! Raptor taco keto-style with a crispy cheese “tortilla.” Fer and his sister and their entire team will _always_ treat you like fam.

T Rex level taco! 
This “Jurassic” taco was a monster in all the right ways…huge tender chunks of terrific grilled flavor, large flour tortilla with a layer of spicy beans and crispy cheese (always a sucker for that!) and good heat with the hottest salsa. Larger than life. Hunger killed easy. And owner Fernando and his friendly team killed us with kindness too at the @UtahRoyalsFC pre-game show with @Mix1051Utah and @sandiablochurros.
