That feeling when you raise your eyebrows and discover a new, really decent taco option. Taco Tuesday surprise from Provo, Utah of all places. The smell when you first walk into Laura’s Kitchen instantly takes you to a classic breakfast/lunch quick-serve joint in the heart of dondequieras Mexico. Unassuming strip mall. Fluorescent handwritten signs. Laura herself from Guadalajara was there making the magic happen. Great carne asada. Al pastor had pineapple (ya es ganancia), but not cooked on the spit. ¡Gracias Laura!
