I don’t know about you, but I like to view everything in the context of tacos. So these ridiculously good chilaquiles at @lavanda_cafe with huevos and chorizo are nothing but crispy deconstructed tacos for breakfast. With an amazing jugo verde chaser. Can every day start out like this?? Is that too much to ask??
