Talked with the owner Juan Pablo who launched @LoboGrisMX about 8 months ago. They give a percentage of profits to help save animals like the grey wolf with @WWF. #tacosforacause! Delicious, super fresh #flauta trio of #cochinitapibil (the best one), gallina (strong chicken flavor) and #huitlacoche (corn truffle) all standing in a pool of perfectly seasoned dipping salsa. Definitely hit up Lobo Gris when you’re at the upscale @MercadoRoma!
