We just thought people everywhere were stoked to be eating tacos! But #nationalhighfiveday is a thing. 
And we celebrated with our hands full. 
The best taco we had at Lone Star Taqueria isn’t pictured…the chile verde pork. These two here (carne and adobada) were tough and dry. Yikes. And man, how I wish they had better tortillas. But our “carnal” taking our order was super cool and way proud of the fact that they had been open for 23 years. The Tex-Mex grit with the boots on the fence posts and vintage patio furniture outside was in full effect. So happy to be eating outside. Deserving of a high 
!
