Taco Mecca visit in full effect. Had to check out the iconic @LosPanchosRest. 70+ years of delivering taco happiness in all forms of 
. This “Petrolero” was a handmade corn tortilla slathered with beans, topped with carnitas to make you 
and then chicharron crunchies on top. I overcame my chicharron PTSD and ate it as is (not too bad, scrapped off some of the bigger pieces 
) with some 
salsa. So so good to be back in the CDMX taco saddle again!
