Slow clap for some taco innovation. Plus vegan tacos don’t get enough attention…especially if they are as good as this. What you see here is carrot tinga and … wait for it … jamaica pibil. 
Hibiscus flower pibil?!? Incredible with @losvillanostaqueria’s handmade tortillas, killer salsas and avocado. If this is what vegan life is like… wow. But this newcomer to Polanco has plenty of amazing carnivorous options like this Villano Favorito with pork chops, short ribs, pastor and quesoooooo. Can’t wait to go back! My new favorite villain…Robando el hambre.
