Flashback to my first trip to LA legend @mariscosjalisco! Their aguachile (top left) was outrageous. Insane. Camarones 
. All the seafood. I’m usually about 8 out of 10 times a meat guy…but their mariscos had been calling my name for years. And now I know why. Is this taco turf war with Cuatro Vientos still going on???
