Who LOVES it hot?! 
I’m the-hotter-the-better kinda guy. I may or may not have been known to challenge a chef or two to “make me cry.” 
They say if your salsa’s really spicy, you got mad when you were making it. This #fbf to the Mercado Xochimilco … sizzling quesadilla bañada in delicious [but unfortunately not too spicy] red and green salsas.
