O’Crowley Irish Tacos

A wee bit o’ taco heaven—these Irish tacos definitely piqued our interest. I mean, Irish tacos?! What’s that all about? As expected, potato and either ground chicken or beef filled the make-them-at-home style #tacos with cilantro, avocado, etc. Great grandpa and owner, clad in a green gingham shirt (of course), is the #tacovisionary here. He stopped cutting up the fruit in prep for the big BYU football homecoming game tonight to give us the whole story. His grand kids loved his fusion tacos so much they decided to take them to the masses. If you’re lucky, you’ll make it through the long lines at their food truck, strip mall or their cougar stadium locales to try these creative tacos o’ the Irish! (BTW, the fruit with whipped cream! Awesome. Anything with whipped cream really. My dad always said “I could eat a bale o’ hay if it had real whipped cream on it.”) #ocrowleys
