#Tacolife these days! To-go pastor and carne asada from @pepesmexgrill were all delicious put I probably would have enjoyed them more if I weren’t on a race against time. While I was able to complete the Taco Challenge and earn the t-shirt for pounding 15 not small tacos in under 20 minutes (thanks the encouragement from @carriesadventure and @axcessspanishfork @axcessac_american_fork), I’m not cut out for competitive eating. It takes the fun out of actually enjoying and savoring killer food. But I’m too competitive to say no. 
Down in south Utah County? Go visit Pepe…the nicest dude with some great
