What can I say, I’m a sucker for some taco innovation. Damas y caballeros, here we have a Philly Cheesesteak taco which is modification of a Navajo taco which is a modification of the OG taco. So basically, taco inception. And I was into it! Thin deep fried flatbread with strips of over-night marinated steak, oozing with cheese and grilled onions and peppers. Ok. Ok. Met the owners of @phillmytaco and their kids at the NFR-qualifying rodeo in Mona, Utah. This taco creation is the owner’s brainchild and it was gooood! Bravo! #tacoinnovation #fusiontacos #tacoinception
