Where was your latest unexpected taco treasure?! Didn’t expect to find paradise in a trailer in the heart of industrial South Salt Lake—tacos AND pupusas “El Paraíso.” But for some reason the El Salvadorian signature pupusas were calling my name. So I opted for two…one with carne, beans and cheese and the other with straight up beans and cheese. Quite good!…and topped with the traditional “curtido” (pickled cabbage with oregano) for a classic vinegar-y zing.
