Mole Monday. Is that a thing? Where do you go for great mole? I’m a big mole guy and always searching for the good stuff. Had high hopes for this mole poblano from Utah’s famous Red Iguana. Our apathetic service seemed to mirror my feelings about the food. Maybe it was an outlier? Longing for more than mediocre mole. Where do YOU go?!
