Everyone deserves this. Everyone. An absolute must stop for breakfast every time I’m in #CDMX. Still dreaming about this tlacoyo. Refried beans oh so lovingly pressed inside this soft, thick and crispy blue corn fresh masa and topped with nopales (cactus), costilla de puerco, crumbly cheese and some fiery salsa. Taco Tuesday ushered in with the best street tlacoyo we’ve ever had. No wonder they’ve been here on the same street outside Metro Juarez for 20 years. Plus, their super friendly, joking and on-top-of-things service rocks (“If you buy one, I’ll charge you two!”

That’s just what you call someone that makes this #stairwaytoheaven which is obviously paved with #bluecorn quesadillas. She handpressed these tortillas and then filled them with amazing cheesy chile rellenos (whaaaa?!) or #huitlacoche (corn truffle) from her family recipe.
