If there’s one thing we learned with @GoldmanSachs 10,000 Small Businesses program, it’s not to be scared. So hitting up the @foodtruckleague’s new Hub Food Truck Park on a rainy January-like day in May for a cohort reunion was easy. @silvermoontaco stuffed this with so much hand-pulled chicken…it was awesome! And all the guac and spicy salsas. The surprise magic though was these salty diced and grilled onions. Mmmmm. We’ll be baaaaack. 
And their owner, Clayton, has got to be one of the nicest guys. Viva Silver Moon!
