Loved their taco of the week—the perfectly seasoned pollo asado w/bacon and chile aioli (the crowning glory of this taco feast, but closely followed by the terrific, salty-smoky roasted butternut squash w/cotija crumbles and crunchy pumpkin seeds)! Extreme #nomnom! The carnitas and short rib tacos were also heaping with tacoliciousness served on thick, tasty double tortillas made from freshly ground masa. Por favor! And stop, go or yield for their salsa trio—red smoky chipotle, yellow smooth and spicy habanero and green creamy avocado tomatillo allow you to customize each taco bite.
