Just like when I asked Arturo which of his amazing salsas I should put on the al pastor with queso Oaxaca. No holding back. I figured if they’ve been doing this on the corner of Insurgentes and Relox in San Miguel de Allende for years, I’ll trust the taco proof. Incredible. #trustthetaco
