Tacos CDMX

Right off the grill…a bit naked here, these carne asada we topped with cilantro, onion, lime and salsa and powered through these and this hit a round of al pastor with pineapple (@Tacos_CDMX has a trompo!). Tacos always fuel the best conversations but THIS convo with @IronCowboy stands out. I dare you to watch his episode of @Tacoincidence and not feel incredibly inspired to achieve ANYTHING you can dream in life, in business, in any moonshot idea you have. James is all about redefining impossible — he insists he’s not #superhuman (I’m not so sure) after having conquered 50 #Ironman triathlons in 50 days in 50 states. Insane, right?! Just remarkable the impact you can have in making life better for others when you embrace your potential and get at it “not with 100% but with 300%.” Nothing is impossible. I hope you love learning from his empowering example as much as I have! (Check out the end when I tell him one of my dreams is to do a national taco tour…)
