Tacos with a view. Ok, so they were gorditas, but this already amazing breakfast was even better on the rooftop of our @airbnb in #Guanajuato. Perfect way to start the day overlooking this enchanting town. Just steps outside our place, we found this little alley where #LaGüera was cranking out delicious, handmade gorditas and stuffing them with beans and cheese, nopales and rajas and huevos con frijoles. #breakfastofchampions
