You know how it is. Good tacos inspire. And these @taqueria27 “tacos of the day” fried pork loin with sweet potatoes (unexpected combo) didn’t disappoint (but were even better with guac, obviously). Taco-induced convo was enlightening with @sumneradventures …@boomstartup updates, entrepreneurial ideas + how to unlock the power/impact of positive customer experience. #Tacoincidence?! I think not. When your red chile shredded #pork taco takes a #summervacay to a #tropicalparadise! Mini bursts of #mango and grilled #pineapple make @Taqueria27‘s #tacooftheday #nextlevel (top). Rounding out #2014 walking in a #tacowonderland— the #tacotour #holiday edition hit #SaltLakeCity last night and it was the biggest #taco tour to date (#Utah really IS #LifeElevated!) First up: #DonRafa’s #tacotruck—only the #tacofaithful braved the bitter #cold, chipped away at the #frozen salsas and still enjoyed the #carneasada. Next: #Chungas was bursting at the seems! 80 of us = 250+ tacos (#alpastor w/ piña was the crowd pleaser!). Last up: we invaded @Taqueria27! Loved their #guac of the day (w/ strawberry & balsamic vinegar…wow!), our fave #gourmet tacos #friedchicken w/ #watermelon #mint and #sriracha, #Angus beef, #porkbelly & spot-on service by manager Steph and crew!
