I know it’s all about the tacos, and the carnitas were particularly good, but see those bright orange carrots top right? Deliciously pickled. Nondescript taco joint in a strip mall in West Jordan. Really happy to find something respectable in mid valley. Long live Taquería El Rey de Oros.
