There are few better places on planet earth for 4th meal than Mexico City. It was 1am after our @convoi_ midnight walk through the zócalo in historic downtown. Hunger called and Los Cocuyos answered. In a street stall that’s seriously about 25 sq ft, Tacomaster Andrés makes some serious street taco magic happen. These campechano tacos…suadero with chorizo were insaaaane. Tripas…”Ok!” When @marianagomezrubio speaks, you always listen. And follow her lead. All about #tacotrust. Even if it means jumping into this vat of tripa, lengua innards and organs. Not normally our jam, but this tripa taco from Los Cocuyos tacomaster, Don Isidro, was fried up just right. #Streettacos never fail!
