He noticed how into tacos I was (were my drooling and food grunts THAT obvious?!) and then without hesitation invited me behind the “velvet rope.” Straight up VIP access to the spit carving pole position. Took cues from the master…I was in the zone…the request for 50 tacos “para llevar” didn’t even phase me. Fan of that taco shop and Victor for LIFE. It’s part of me. Just like that he was a dream maker.
