Did some taco research on @Yelp in TJ and discovered this gem. Not a lot of reviews, but the ones on there raved about these “tacos urbanos.” And rightfully so…this perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful 100% rib eye taco had grilled bone marrow (rich and the good kinda greasy), rajas, queso asadero, guac and wrapped inside a handmade tortilla. Gracias to tacomaster Aldo for recommending and then crafting this beauty. Gracias to owner, El Titán @adrian_eltitan from the Dodgers for enabling this level of taco magic! (Don’t forget to check out the unique aguas frescas: cebada con chocolate, limón con chia y menta, Jamaica con canela). Sólo llega uno en un millón!
